Welcome to Arise Financial Coaching. By using this website, purchasing a program, or participating in coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

FINANCIAL COACHING DISCLAIMER
Arise Financial Coaching provides financial education and coaching only. We do not provide:
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Financial planning services
• Fiduciary services
All decisions you make based on coaching are your responsibility.
Results are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate written guarantee agreement.
GUARANTEE
Certain clients may be offered a written program guarantee. This guarantee applies only to clients who:
• Enroll in a program that explicitly includes a guarantee
• Receive the written Guarantee Terms
• Sign the Guarantee Agreement
• Meet all participation requirements
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Guarantee Terms, the Guarantee Terms will control.
Clients who do not sign the Guarantee Agreement are not eligible for the guarantee.
Guarantees are not retroactive and do not apply to clients enrolled prior to the guarantee offer.
All other purchases remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
THIRD-PARTY RECOMMENDATIONS
From time to time, we may recommend financial tools, platforms, or service providers. These recommendations are based on our experience, client needs, or educational purposes.
In some cases, we may receive compensation, referral fees, affiliate commissions, or other incentives. When applicable, we will disclose these relationships.
You are under no obligation to use any recommended provider and should evaluate all options independently.
CLIENT RESULTS & TESTIMONIALS
We may use anonymized client results for educational and marketing purposes. This may include:
• Debt payoff amounts
• Savings milestones
• Financial progress
• Case studies
• System examples
• Screenshots with identifying details removed
All examples will be anonymized unless explicit written permission is provided.
We will never share:
• Full names
• Email addresses
• Account numbers
• Identifying personal information
Testimonials including names, photos, or identifying details will only be used with written consent.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Your participation is essential to your success. By enrolling, you agree:
• To provide accurate financial information
• To complete assigned action items
• To participate actively in coaching
• To take responsibility for financial decisions
• To understand results depend on implementation
Failure to participate may impact your results and eligibility for any guarantee.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in coaching, you release and hold harmless Arise Financial Coaching LLC, Nicole Stanley, and all team members from any claims, damages, or liability arising from decisions you make based on coaching.
You understand that:
• Coaching is educational in nature
• You are responsible for financial decisions
• No investment advice is provided
• No fiduciary relationship is created
• Testimonials do not guarantee results
You accept full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
FULFILLMENT OF SERVICES
Arise Financial Coaching delivers services virtually. Programs may include:
• Group coaching
• 1:1 coaching
• Digital courses
• Worksheets
• Templates
• Client portal access
• Email or chat support
Access duration varies by program.
SCHEDULING & SESSION EXPIRATION
Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions.
Programs that include coaching sessions must be used within the program timeframe. Unused sessions expire and do not roll over.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Unused coaching sessions have no cash value.
PAYMENT TERMS
By enrolling in a program, you agree:
• To pay all fees in full
• To complete payment plans
• To authorize automatic billing
• That access may be paused for missed payments
• That access may be terminated for non-payment
All payments are in USD.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the digital and coaching nature of our programs, we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in writing or covered under a signed program guarantee.
Unused coaching sessions have no cash value.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content is owned by Arise Financial Coaching, including:
• Course materials
• Worksheets
• Templates
• Videos
• Systems
• Frameworks
• Website content
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.
CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Group coaching environments require mutual respect and confidentiality.
By participating, you agree:
• Not to share other clients' financial information
• Not to share discussions outside the group
• Not to promote services inside the community
• To treat members respectfully
Harassment, spam, or violations may result in removal without refund.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:
• Appointment reminders
• Coaching updates
• Program communications
• Support messages
Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is not required to purchase services.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may use third-party platforms including:
• Stripe
• ThriveCart
• ActiveCampaign
• Acuity
• Fathom
• Zoom
• Email platforms
We are not responsible for third-party outages or errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arise Financial Coaching is not liable for:
• Financial losses
• Debt decisions
• Investment decisions
• Budgeting outcomes
• Business decisions
• Tax decisions
You agree to use coaching at your own risk.
TERMINATION
We may terminate access if:
• Terms are violated
• Payments fail
• Disruptive behavior occurs
• Harassment occurs
• Content is shared improperly
No refunds will be issued for violations.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
