Arise Financial Coaching's Promise to You, The Client:
We promise to coach you with sound financial advice. Our sole purpose is in helping you, the client. We do not receive any kickbacks or financial perks from any other professionals, vendors, companies, or third-party products or services.
The Arise Financial Coaching Team ensures the privacy of your financial information. We will never sell your information to anyone. We will never share your name and financial story without your expressed written permission.
Your Promise to Arise Financial Coaching:
Your participation is crucial to your success in this course. You agree to be truthful and transparent with your thoughts, ideas, dreams, goals, and challenges.
You agree to fulfill the action items at the end of each lesson to ensure your time in this program is best utilized. Failure to complete these steps accurately and completely will likely result in less value being delivered, something we are not at all hoping for. These steps may include answering a questionnaire, completing a financial worksheet, reading an educational handout or reviewing an instructional video. These tasks should be completed before moving on to the next step in the framework.
You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and decisions.
Fulfillment of Services
Arise Financial Coaching operates as an online financial coaching company, with all products and services delivered virtually.
Coaching Session Delivery
We offer both 1:1 and group coaching sessions via Zoom. The number and duration of these sessions depend on the specific program you are enrolled in. Each new client receives a client agreement outlining the details of their service fulfillment.
For 1:1 coaching programs, you are allocated a set number of sessions to be completed within a defined time frame, with email support available as needed between sessions. For group programs, coaching sessions are also delivered via Zoom, and you can submit personal questions through the "Ask a Coach" form, accessible in your student portal.
Client Portal Access & Digital Assets
As an Arise Financial Coaching client, you will have access to a personal client portal, which includes digital assets such as online courses (with or without financial coaching support), worksheets, spreadsheets, and other related course materials. Access to these digital resources is available only while you are an active Arise Financial Coaching client, unless otherwise specified.
For details regarding the fulfillment of services, please refer to your signed coaching agreement. If you need a copy of your agreement, please contact us at [email protected].
Program Length & Scheduling for 1:1 Clients
I understand that scheduling all the sessions during my program is my responsibility. I have the option of pre-scheduling all of these, scheduling them online, or using my time with my coach to schedule them.
Any unused coaching time or sessions not used within the allotted time frame will be forfeited (no one wants this!).
I understand that my program begins the date of my first session and ends 3 months after. If appointments are not scheduled by me the client during the program, they will be forfeited.
Appointments do not roll past program length.
I understand that refunds are not offered on coaching packages. Should I decide to end my package early or terminate my package with Arise Financial Coaching for any reason, unused, paid coaching time has no cash value and will not be refunded.
I understand the cancellation & reschedule policy: If I call to reschedule 48 hrs before the appointment and there's another opening during that same week (calendar Monday-Friday), no harm is done. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there are no openings that fit your schedule, the appointment is forfeited. No one wants this. The longer you wait to call or the closer it gets to your appointment, the less likely there will be an opening so call in advance!
I'm allowed one cancellation in a given year, known as my Get-Out-of-Jail-Free card :)
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If a client encounters financial hardship, it is at the sole discretion of Arise Financial Coaching LLC to determine the next best steps. We ask that everyone who joins one of our financial coaching programs do so in with full knowledge of the financial commitment they have made on the checkout page and client agreement.
